Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pole dancing classes

Am I too old to start pole dancing?

Absolutely not! Our adult pole dancing classes welcome beginners from 17 to 75. Pole dancing is about strength and confidence, not age!

How do I get to the studio?

We're in Liverpool city centre (L1), about a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. Parking is nearby at Q-Park Victoria Street and Liverpool ONE.

What if I'm not strong enough?

Perfect! Classes are designed to build strength over time. No experience required—beginners are very welcome and we start with basics.

Can I join mid-term?

Yes. We run year-round so you can join anytime. Flexible booking and drop-in options make it easy to start in Liverpool.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes, shorts or leggings. Bare skin helps with pole grip. Sports bras and comfortable tops work best in Liverpool.

How often should I attend?

Start with one class per week, then build to two as you progress. Many students combine pole dancing with other fitness activities.

Are there male pole dancers?

Yes! Men are very welcome. Pole dancing is an excellent full-body workout and many male students enjoy the strength-building aspect.

What about performances?

Completely optional. We host pole showcases and events at local venues, but there's never pressure to perform.

Which areas do students come from?

Students join us from across Merseyside—Wirral, Crosby, Formby, West Derby, Wavertree, and Aigburth. Our city-centre location is easy to reach by train, bus, or car.

What makes your pole dancing classes different?

We specialise in adult beginner pole dancing in Liverpool city centre. Unlike classes focused on children, our sessions are designed for adults starting or returning to pole fitness.
