Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our Flamenco classes

Am I too old to start Flamenco?

Absolutely not! Our adult Flamenco classes welcome beginners from 17 to 75. Flamenco is about passion and expression, not age!

How do I get to the studio?

We're in Liverpool city centre (L1), about a 5-minute walk from Lime Street Station. Parking is nearby at Q-Park Victoria Street and Liverpool ONE.

What if I'm not coordinated?

Perfect! Classes are designed to build coordination and rhythm over time. No experience required—beginners are very welcome.

Can I join mid-term?

Yes. We run year-round so you can join anytime. Flexible booking and drop-in options make it easy to start in Liverpool.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in - leggings, t-shirts, or traditional Flamenco wear. Flamenco shoes or character shoes work best in Liverpool.

How often should I attend?

Start with one class per week, then build to two as you progress. Many students combine Flamenco with other styles for variety.

Are there male Flamenco dancers?

Yes! Men are very welcome. Flamenco has strong male representation and many male students enjoy the powerful and expressive side.

What about performances?

Completely optional. We host Flamenco showcases and cultural events at local venues, but there's never pressure to perform.

Which areas do students come from?

Students join us from across Merseyside—Wirral, Crosby, Formby, West Derby, Wavertree, and Aigburth. Our city-centre location is easy to reach by train, bus, or car.

What makes your Flamenco classes different?
